How to Apply

From the Course Information section, pick the course you want to take

Make sure you can enrol in the course you want by meeting the entry requirements.

Your application must include documentation proving that you meet the academic and English language criteria.

You can obtain the application form from our website or submit an online application. A paper copy application form is also available from our office.

The evaluation of an application may take up to ten days. Email notifications will be sent to those who are chosen.

If your enrollment application is accepted, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer, Offer Acceptance and Student Agreement form, which will include information about the course's full requirements, tuition and other fees due, the dates on which classes will begin, the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) programme, the refund policy, and your rights and obligations.

Every offer is based on the number of open spots at Solis and the evaluation of your Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE).

Only after acceptance and complete payment of the initial deposit, which must be made at least 60 days before the start of the course, can applicants be assured of enrollment.

Once you have reviewed the letter of offer and determined that you will fulfil all the requirements, return your signed acceptance and student agreement to Solis Institute along with the initial tuition deposit.

You will get an official Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from Solis, which you must submit with your student visa application to the Department of Home Affairs.

For more information on what is need to get your student visa, please visit the Department of Home Affairs website. Without a student visa, you cannot travel to Australia to start your studies. If Solis agrees, you may reapply for a student visa, or you may request a refund in accordance with the return policy.

You must contact the Department of Home Affairs directly for any visa requests in Australia.

Once you get your student visa, you can start making travel arrangements to Adelaide, Australia. You must make reservations for your travel and lodging. Please get in touch with either your education agent or student support services at Solis Institute at Info@soliscollege.sa.edu.au if you need help making arrangements for airport pickup or lodging (costs may apply).

Once you submit the course operation form the Institute will communicate you to assess your eligibility for subsidised training. You can check your eligibility for subsidised training at https//providers.skills.sa.gov.au Deliver/ Pupil- eligibility- for- subsidised- training
You can apply for credit transfer or recognition of previous literacy( RPL) at operation time by ticking the box in the operation form for registration that you would like to apply. Ironwood Admissions will shoot you a Credit Transfer form or RPL form at the time of registration. You'll need to show original reiterations to gain course credit. The Director of Academics will finalise your operation for course credit or RPL at the time of registration. The duration of your course and schedule will be acclimated grounded on the course credit or RPL granted and your COE created consequently.

You're eligible to admit your reiterations, instruments of attainment, and course completion letter if you have successfully completed your course and paid all the freights.
Yes, you can postpone or suspend your studies by submitting a promptness or suspense operation form. Head of Student Administration and Quality will review your operation in line with our postponement, suspense, and cancellation policy and procedure located at programs and Procedures

You'll be needed to give substantiation for compelling or compassionate circumstances warranting promptness or suspense of your studies.

Reasons for granting promptness or suspense while studying. scholars can apply for temporarily postponing or suspending their studies when

There are authentically compelling or compassionate circumstances. Compelling or compassionate circumstances include, but aren't limited to

  • Serious injury or illness where the medical instrument states the pupil was unfit to attend classes.
  • Penalty or serious illness of a close family member( where possible, a death instrument need to be handed; political bouleversement or natural disaster in the home country taking exigency trip and this has impacted on the pupil studies; and
  • A traumatic experience similar as being involved in a serious crime or accident. All similar cases need to be supported by police or psychologist reports.
  • Please note indeed if medical and other supporting documents are handed the pupil can not be guaranteed a suspense or promptness of studies. The air ticket may be bought after your request for promptness or suspense has been granted.
