What is the Diploma of Hospitality Management?

This qualification is an extension of both the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (which are prerequisites for this course), and equips students with the skills and knowledge to work in the hospitality industry at a senior level, overseeing catering within a large organisation or managing a moderate sized hospitality business.

Students’  broad range of hospitality training is further enhanced with administrative and managerial skills, preparing students to coordinate hospitality operations and manage legal risks.

Graduates emerge as highly skilled senior operators, able to operate independently with limited management oversight, and trained to manage large numbers of staff and make significant operational business decisions within their roles.
