13. Declaration

By submitting this application, I declare and acknowledge that:

  1. The information and supporting documents I have provided are complete, accurate and genuine. I understand that false, misleading or incomplete information may result in my application being refused or my enrolment being reviewed or cancelled in accordance with Solis College policies and applicable law.
  2. I have read and understood the course information, entry requirements (including English language and LLND requirements), fees, refund arrangements and relevant Solis College policies provided to me. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee admission, and that enrolment is confirmed only after Solis College issues, and I accept, a formal Letter of Offer and Student Agreement.
  3. I understand that my application will only be accepted for assessment once the non-refundable AUD $100 application fee has been paid. If my application proceeds and a Letter of Offer is issued, the $100 will be credited towards the total application and administration fee of AUD $500. I understand that Solis College may change its fees with prior written notice, and that the fees that apply to me will be confirmed in my Letter of Offer.
  4. I will complete the Solis College pre-enrolment LLND assessment myself and without assistance.
  5. I have the financial capacity to meet tuition fees and living costs in Australia, and I agree to pay all fees by their due dates and to advise Solis College promptly if my contact details or circumstances change.
  6. I authorise Solis College to collect, use, retain and disclose my personal information where reasonably necessary to assess and administer my enrolment, provide training and support services, meet reporting and regulatory obligations, and comply with Australian law. This includes disclosure to authorised government agencies, regulators, the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), the Unique Student Identifier Registrar and, where relevant, the Tuition Protection Service, sponsoring bodies or other education providers.
  7. I understand that information is collected on this form and during my enrolment to meet Solis College's obligations under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000, the Education Services for Overseas Students Regulations 2019 and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018, and to ensure my compliance with my visa conditions and Australian immigration law.
  8. I will disclose any health condition, disability, support need or infectious condition that may affect my safe participation in training or work placement, so that appropriate support, reasonable adjustments and safety arrangements can be considered. I understand that disclosure will be handled in accordance with privacy requirements.
  9. I have disclosed any current enrolment with another education provider. I understand that transferring between providers may be subject to the ESOS framework, the National Code 2018, visa conditions and Solis College's Student Transfer Policy.
  10. Where work placement is a requirement of my course, I must submit all required placement documents to Solis College within the first 45 business days after my course commencement date, unless Solis College approves a different timeframe in writing.

A placement cancellation or rescheduling fee of $250 may apply where permitted under the Solis College Fees and Refund Policy and after I have been notified of the requirement.
  12.
